Any ideas why light bulb out light would stay on?

Any ideas why light bulb out light would stay on?
the OBC is saying that a light bulb is out and there are none out that I can see. Do I need to change out all the bulbs to see if it is a bad buld.

I am trying to think which bulb would be getting rust
I suppose it is possible. It happened this summer though. I think the most logical first step would be to replace all the bulbs. If I can find them. Most parts stores don't carry them.
