Anyone have the Bentley manual instuctions to take off this piece thats broken?

Anyone have the Bentley manual instuctions to take off this piece thats broken?

To remove the trim, you need a plastic putty knife to unlock the tabs that fasten it to the body...
From Fig 1, Pg U63-6 in the Bentley Manual, it states the following:
"-Remove front bumper trim while unlocking tabs with plastic putty knife."
The figure appears to show the putty knife between the fender and the top edge of the trim. The center trim piece may be removed in the same manner.
