you will need spacers for these, 45 offset will rub..

That depends on how big of a tire you want

ET45 is the stock offset for a 7 inch wide wheel. You can run stock sized tires no problem.

Oh good. I was hoping they wouldn't need any special modification. I was just thinking of using whatever tire size is the standard size for this rim.
