Default Big BIG problems

Hi
I've got a 93 100 2.0 (yeah UK boy, but the set up should be the same) and I took out the subframe the other day to have some track control arm bushes changed (it was easier for me as I couldnt get the sleeves out of the links). Now I've put it all back on and the track control arms are seriously badly grazing against the tyre. Does anyone know what I can do? I am really getting frustrated!
