Happens to me about once a month. A CD is stuck somewhere. This is why I prefer single CD players. If you are lucky, problem will be solved by pressing button on changer to remove CD case, and stuck CD will return to case. If not, and CD is stuck inside player, try sliding thin object (size of credit card) between case and CD holder case; remove case and reinsert. Look at case and see if CD is in case or stil in player (stuck there). If it is the latter, stick your finger inside and rotate CD a little bit, which ususally frees it. Reinsert case and press eject button, and stuck CD may return to case. If all of above fail, you will have to do it the hard way: remove changer from car, open up the case and get that stuck CD out by brute force.

I just ebay'ed someone out of a player for $150. The seller warned of the err msg, but I had heard this was a common problem w/ the cd changers in our models. Cross my fingers, hope the damn thing works when I get it. Thank you!
