Car is dripping something clear but slippery from right front...

Tranny is new
Well the tranny is new, only has like 5000 miles on it. I doubt its leaking, plus the leak is from the front of the engine, dripping off the oil pan. But its not oil.
Does the manual transmission have a cooler? Manual trans would take a clear oil like 80/90 gear lube right? That may be what it is thats leaking. Possibly a tranny cooler line. If the manual doesn't have a cooler than this is all inaccurate, but its a guess on my part anyway.
