Crankshaft pulley's bolts stripped.Any suggestions?

ground/cut the heads off the bolts. it took a while and it was a pain, but it was the only thing i could think of other than removing the radiator and drilling them out.
it worked.
once the pully was off, the remaing part of the bolt pretty much came out by hand.

about four of the holes drilled into the front face of the pulley.
Do not try to do it with the car in gear, it will damage the box (manual of course, if your car is auto, you have no choice.
It is torqued up to about 280ft/lbs I think.
When you undo the centre bolt, you will be removing the vibration damper and the cam belt drive sprocket so expect to remove the cam belt as well and reset timing etc...
