Default cruise control
Have solved the vacuum leak problem. But does anybody know why when you try to increase speed on the crusie switch it will just shut off? Thanks.

Default There is a speed increase switch?
Mine just has on-off-resume.

Slide the ON-OFF switch outward (towards the end of the stick) increases the speed.

Mine just says "RESUME-ON-OFF" as well.........and my cruise just quit work too.

Default Momentarily press switch toward resume...
...while cruise is on causes speed to increase about 1 mph. Momentarily press cruise on (end of stalk) while cruise is already on causes speed to decrease about 1 mph.

Default I just tried it....IT WORKS! On my 1997 there's even
a symbol <- + indicating the feature.

hey how do i know if my 95 a6 has crusie control? it has all the luxurys and if so how do i work it as i have the computer in the middle of the speedo and shows all these1/100 and 1/10 and all that and dont understand it at all? any ideas and sorry for hacking the thread
