I'm pretty sure they're up there, but I just had all four of my tires replaced at America's Tire Company/Discount Tire Rack. They were the only place that could get me Yokohama AVS db's in my size for my 1995 Audi A6. Full cost was only $360.

Yes, they will leak once your tread wears close to the bars... have it patched from the inside...
Don't really know the difference between any old patch and a good patch... had one done at Firestone a few years ago and it held up as long as the tires did. But if you're talking about maintaining speed ratings, I doubt any patch will do that.
