Default Engine does not start while warm...

Gotta 92csq. When cold engine starts after 1 click. When engine warm and shut down, can not restart though the engine cranks. At first the engine would start but die. Successive attempts to restart failed. I attempted to pull the codes via the 12vorg method and got 4444 & 0000. So no fault codes related to any sensor. I suspect a bad fuel pump. Let me know what you guys think. Thanks in advance.

Default Pulled the inlet to the fuel filter and cranked...no fuel.

I went ahead and replaced the filter and then checked the fuel pump relay. Confirmed 12v at the relay receptacle using a multimeter. The fuel pump fuse in the fuse box is still intact. Didn't try to bypass the relay. I'm afraid I'd short out the entire electrical system. Pulled out the carpet in the trunk covering the fuel pump access hatch and tested for 12v at the connector and could not get a reading. I've read the archives all stating if 12v @ fuel pump and still no fuel then pump is bad. So if no voltage @ pump, is the relay bad?
