Ever hear of kelly tires?
My sister just got some for her bimmer, just wanna make sure they are desent. She lives in LA so only weather to worry about is rain 
I read that they were a division of Goodyear, but thats all I can seam to find.

She got the "Charger TR's", which kinda sounds framilier
Not sure where, but I have herd of Charger tires before.
Their website says they are 'T' rated to 118mph. But I doubt she really needs anything high performance anyway. Its a 4banger 3-series, and she isn't an agressive driver so it probably worked out well. They were no doubt cheaper than most tires
