Foaming P/S fluid?!

Foaming P/S fluid?!
I I just tried changing/flushing my p/s fluid and now after I filled it up i'm getting a grinding and a moaning noise comming from my pump/rack..And my fluid has a thin layer of foam at the top..
I used 11s fluid BTW and I'm pretty sure I flushed all of the old fluid out..
Help please

All it was, was air..
I turned the wheel slowly to the right until it stopped (without holding it there) and then to the left.. Did it a couple of times and everything went back to normal.
