FWD vs Quattro

Both cars feel about the same for the most part. Now on ice and snow, that's a whole 'nother story
FWD had torque steer I guess. To be fair I think the quattro would feel a little heavier if it weren't for the manual transmission, but it seems a bit faster than my fwd car with an auto.

previously, a non-q Audi is just another nice German car without a quattro soul.

These cars don't have enough power to need AWD on dry pavement etc. If I lived in a place that was dry and so forth (SoCal etc) I'd probably prefer a FWD to the Quattro.

handles better and tracks far better than a fwd car.And since i don't want to win any stoplight races(i have my bike for that)and probably the gas mileage difference is neglegeable as well,i really don't mind driving a Q even in So.Cal.
