Headlight upgrades for 96 A6?

I believe my car still has the original bulbs for the low beams, fogs, and high beams.

Should I just change out the bulbs with newer bulbs? i.e. PIAAs. Will it be that much of a difference?

or should I do some sort of HID conversion?
Ive seen some for like 250.00

any recommendations? I just want an ehancement over what I have now. nothing too expensive.

If you don't get HID's then PIAAS's are the next best imo.

I have a 12k temp HID kit in my car its blue and bright and looks nice.

hot ticket is...

TT or A6 xenon projectors mounted in place of the halogen projectors, then using either TT or A6 electrics to drive them.

Requires a little work, but a *lot* better than aftermarket.

I'm doing the first of two upgrades this week. TT projectors, A6 electrics.

The A6 projectors require some work to fit as they're larger than the TT projectors...
