How to avoid seven car pileups....one word, QUATTRO !

We've only had the '97 A6 Quattro since June, and the first snow storm came yesterday. The Quattro marched right up the hill, past the seven car pileup next to our house. (Best part was the cop getting his side mirror clipped off as he jumped to safety)

Quattro can't be beat in the snow ... it's simply amazing.

always makes me chuckle when I hear about people putting on their "snow" tires..

when our friendly audi's can outhandle their snow tires, with summer tires durring the winter seaon

Lots of the NeuA6 guys use snows ... little do they know. Bald tires is all ya need!

Those snow tires sure help you stop. ;-) Speaking of, I had a set of ..

Semprets? Seimprets? They were made in Austria. Awesome tires. They weren't snow tires butthey were hydorphobic and everybody laughed at me when I told them that. ;-) That was mid 80s or so. Never found or saw them again.
