Default I still am getting a clunk/grinding noise from rear-end...

I have a '94 100s non-q with automatic transmission. When I drive from a stop up to around 5 mph, I hear clunking and like a grinding roaring noise, than it goes away above 5 mph and turns have no effect at all. I just hear the noise only when I start from stop up to 5 mph. I thought it was the rear brakes/wheel bearings, so I changed all, no help!! I don't what else is back there that makes noise likes that. Anyone have any ideas? Maybe loose struts? Huh, I'm stumped!
