Did you just replace the muffler, or did you remove any of the resinators? What did you have done?

for the fear of sounding like a honda i just replaced the rear muffler.. when i liked how that sounded and felt mor confident i took of the resonators and it purs like a kitten.. i couldnt be more pleased. I know have 2.5 pipe from cat-back. Hp gain was awsome. I feel it in the High RPM range pullin harder now. I have most intake mods now and finaly got some more hp out of this thing

what the pipe diameter is from the resonator to the rear silencer. Can you clue me in AND post some pics for everyone!

the product number is 14829. It was a direct fit in with custom piece. Check my picture poster for some pics. I beileve the mid section that i repacled the resonators with is 2.5 pipe.

the rear exhaust back a ways and did that affect the use of the original hanger? I assume you re-used your hanger but fill us in, I'm getting ready to try that mod as well.

I'm a little scared to remove my resinators and spend the money if I may not like the sound????

what i had to do was have custom hangers made. it is using the stock rubber hangers but there are metal peices that my mechanic had to make. i had him weld them on top of the muffler and back of the tail pipe so i couldnt see the hanger
