Brant found this car on CL Minneapolis, then went and looked/drove/photographed it and built an online album so I could check it out. After the seller and I worked out a deal, ($5,200.00 and I replace the busted front bumper) Brant picked the car up, and did a ton of repairs to it.....instrument and CC lights, EGR lovin', oil change, plugs and filters, 3rd brake lights, rear hatch lock, driver's door wood, reset the inspection mileages, put rear seat map lights over the front seats, etc.
Then I had a bumper shipped to him. He took that to get an estimate, and then took it back a week later when it was scheduled to be painted. Then returned to pick it up and install it.
As you can see...the car turned out great. I'm really looking forward to my mom seeing it for the first time in about a week.
All I can say is; Brant is one hell of a good guy, his work and work ethic are outstanding, and there's no way I could have done this without everything he's done.
So thanks Brant!!!

The rears have an extra option that allows them to come on when the doors are open. The wiring for this is already up front. It's a simple install, just two screws on each grab handle.

With a little discrepancy over sales price and condition that wound up costing me an add'l $100 in bodyshop time because what the wrecking yard told me was a very nice bumper needing nothing but a repaint, was actually a slightly dented bumper with 10,000 rock chips in the front face.
So I'm in a battle over that $100 by disputing the charge through Visa. Tried to work it out with the wrecking yard (Ted's Auto Parts in PA) but the guy turned into a real bastard.
