Hey, was taking off the air plenum to replace the throttle body gasket that i bought a few days ago and noticed that one of the grommets that go on the throttle body is gone. There are two, the one on the right is gone. Also i notice that the little gaskets after that are melted or missing. This would explain why my air plenum is rocking loosly even though it is bolted down all the way. Hopefully this will fix my rough idle problem and vibrations during stand-still. Already done the o2's, wires, plugs, fuel filter, and air filter. When i lift up the dipstick or oil cap the idle doesn't change. Shouldn't it stall or have an idle change? Recap: need part number for grommet that goes on the two TB bolts and the two gaskets after that.

Sorry, 93 100 cs. If you could get it to me soon that would be great. As the stealer doesn't know how to use Etka very well and couldn't get the parts last time i was there. I had a hunch that all the sealing surfaces in the plenum area were bad. I need to order it later today to it will be ready to pick up monday.

I can't find a part number for it either. However, I may have a brand new unopened one at home!! I bought one for my 12v but traded the car off before I got around to putting it on.

I can check and send it to you if I can find it. If I can't find it I should have the part number on my recpeit at home!!?

Yep that's the one, the peice is about 1/2 to 3/4 inch long. I also need what seems to be the two rubber washers/gaskets that go after that. Mine seems to be all goey and melted. If you could find the part number on the bag and post it asap that would be great. It would probably be faster for me to tell them the part number and have them ship it but if they can't "find" it in the system that would be great if you could send it. I'll check later today. Let me know how much you want for it if i can't get it at the dealer. Thanks for the reply!
