After running around all day finally I found my BKUR6ET sparkplugs at VW stealer for 15$(12.5 USD) each . which was a bit expensive but hey it worth every penny . I found out the idiot owner before me had put 2$ Autolite sparkplugs on and probably while doing it ripped one of the wires and electrical taped it back so when i pull the wire out there was no connection in the wire most probably the water from the engine also got there .the first wire close to the driverside was so badly rusted that when i pulled it out the white stuff was all over the place ,you can see it on the 1st plug on the right and even the electrode was shorted . so I replaced the new sparkplugs in there and took my V"4" (since I don't count on that two cylinders to work properly )out for a ride . The hesitation is gone and I was speeding like a maniac down the road I love it ! Ran upstairs and ordered a set of Bosch wires from autohausaz and I had to post this here to thank austinado16 and all you guys here for helping me out.

I can't tell you how many times I've seen this sort of butchery. The car is basically ruined as far as drivability goes and you here, "Damn car, I just replaced the plugs. What a pile. I hate these foreign cars."
Then you pop the hood......suprise!! Cheap-a$$ or damaged plug wires, $3 worth of Walmart spark plugs, etc., etc.
And they still don't believe you when you suggest replacing all that stuff with the factory German parts.
Hat's off to you for sticking with it, diagnosing the problem first, rather than just throwing parts at it, and most importantly, being wise enough to realize that $15CA ea for the correct plugs is far cheaper than all the time and money you'd waste screwing around with the wrong parts.
Excellent work. Wait 'til you get a real set of plug wires on it!
Now, go find a German independant, or maybe your VW dealer again, and buy a can of BG44K fuel injection cleaner. Very expensive, (look on ebay for the deals) but it's the finest cleaner available and you'll love the difference.
Add a K&N air filter when you get a chance too!

I don't even put cheap oil filter on and here under that plastic cover my engine was stabbed by those crappie plugs. I was driving on highway today ...maaaan this is the best shape my car has ever been even with the damaged wire plugs it drives so great.
by the way, before installing the plugs I opened every electrical plug I could , blow air at them and checked for possible water... all dry but one ! one is badly socked in oil ( transmission oil from back then when i had a leaking hose)I put a picture which is not from my car but it shows the black connector on the passenger side just behind the engine .the question is what does that connect to ? i will clean it tomorrow .

and about BG44K could you please check this link on a package I found on ebay and see if you recommend it. You want the black can on the left, not the rest of it.
The 3 can kit is for a shop that has the special box that plumbs into the car's fuel injection rail. Then, you disco the power to the car's fuel pump, poor the other cans into the box and let the car sit and run on straight injection cleaner until it uses it all up. That's the ideal method.
Then, you dump the black can in the gas tank and let the customer drive around.
In your case, just dump in the black can on about half a tank of gas and it'll do nicely.

I will have to get the 44k from a dealer because my emission test is due by end of next week , and I am driving to toronto and back (1000km roundtrip)so it will be great to clean out the system in the trip. the question is I have a half tank which is already treated to "NOS Street Formula Octane Booster" and I usualy put the injector cleaner and fuel system cleaner stuff once every 2 month .is too much cleaner stuff bad for the fuel system ?
another question is how to clean the EGR valve and if I need to clean it ?
