This started out as: Brake repair leads to Transmission limp mode/94 100cs Quattro, but because of snow and rain I haven't gotten to that yet. ( https://forums.audiworld.com/a6100/msgs/85918.phtml )
So, I'm just getting the remaining parts that I need for the repairs I was trying to get done before the weather turned crappy.
The Capliper Pin Sleeves were torn, and as part of my replacement of the worn rotors and pads, I ordered (expensive) the sleeves and caps from Audi. I could not find anyone online that carried them.
When the parts came from my Audi Dealership, the kit contained the caps and the sleeves and the instruction sheet which showed the nylon bushing that we all know should go inside the rubber sleeves, BUT NO NYLON BUSHINGS.
The Audi parts guy said he did repairs without them, but all of the repair manuals I've seen, and Calipers that I've taken apart have them, and of course, all of the experts here have also included them in their repair instructions.
So, the question is: Where can I get those precious nylon inserts, even Ate is having difficulty with why this isn't included in the Audi Kit since the kit I purchased is made specifically for Audi.
I really know how to search the web; I'm a web designer and IT specialist, but these sleeves are illusive.

No, but I just went to the link that you provided, and see all the items that I need, except for the white nylon bushings that go inside the sleeves. Thank you for providing another resource from which to find parts.
BTW, although the Ate repair instructions for renewing the Guide Bushing Sleeves that comes with the Audi Kit shows the white nylon bushings, the kits available at ecstuning don't seem to have them.
This brings me to the question of why they come with the brakes, are shown in the repair instructions, but don't come in the kits and don't seen to be available as separate items???
I know that other forum members that have posted brake repair info here have spoken of using these Nylon Bushings, but there seems to be some question about whether or not they are required and/or necessary.
Have the Bushing Sleeves been redesigned to be used without nylon sleeve bushing inserts???
Can anyone shed some light on this matter???

But never noticed it in my C4. Not to say it isn't there.
Regardless I can't even see it mentioned in ETKA, just the bushing kit that I think you have:

Yes, but the thing that confuses me is the illustration in the Ate installation instruction sheet for that sleeve kit, because it clearly shows the white nylon bushing insert, even though there is no specific mention of it in the text of the same instruction sheet.
