Oil temp

What oil weight are you running? Higher viscosity oil tends to run hotter.
Or maybe you have this problem, as seen on my old motor:

The AAN runs quite a bit cooler than that if you aren't flogging it on the track. I am surprised the V6 would run that much hotter.
Oil starts to break down around 150C IIRC, 130C normal running doesn't leave much margin.

But in reality, it's probably really running at about 100*C/212*F which is fine for the oil.
We've put 20k on ours in 16mos. If this oil temp was actually a problem, it would have grenaded by now.
Remember also that the car is equiped with a heat exchanger, not an oil cooler. The heat exchanger is designed to bring the oil tempurature up to operating tempurature fast, and then keep it there. With a 95*C/195*F engine coolant thermostat, the coolest your oil is going to be, is 95*C/195*F.
