Default Outer Doorsill removal

anyone know how to remove the outer doorsill? its the one that goes from the front door to the rear door infront of the rubber seal?

Default pry up 1/2-inch wide trim strip hiding screws.

remove screws
remove b-pillar trim as necessary
I think you can get away with leaving A- and C-pillar trim in place.

the piece that runs on the outer side of the doorjamb. it looks like a whole piece running from front to back. When you open the door, you would see the sill (the one im looking to remove), the rubber and then the interior sill.

Default They're not to hard to take off.

Why do you need it off though? Use a heat gun to loosen up the glue and carefully pry it up with a screwdriver.

Default got cancer to be removed, i dont want to have to fix it again in a couple years. do it right ...
