Passenger side door latch broken
#4
Inner- remove the handle. See what happened.;O)
If you open the handle fully, you will see a hidden screw on the under the handle. Remove the screw, then slide the handle back slightly and remove. From there you can verify if its the cable. Cable replacement requires the entire door panel tom come off.

I just had the same problem, and was able to fix it (15 minutes ago!!!)
Basically I took the panel off, and found that the cable end was just hanging loose where its supposed to connect to the lock mechinism (not where it connects to the inner handle, but at the edge of the door)
It was a pain to get it back in the "slot" of the lever, and I kept hoocking it up to wrong things because you cant see what you're doung... but the whole design is very self-explanatory and after 30 or so minutes fighting with it, I was able to hook it up right...

if its the inner latch
remove the screw holding the pull thingie to the door and pull it out. if its the cable you should be able to get it out. if the cable is broken u need to remove the door. if the cable is still in and came out of the holder you are missing the little metal clamp that holds the cable in the handle.
