Problem with my power door locks?

Default Problem with my power door locks?
94 100, When i lock the doors all lock fine except the driver door were i have to activate the lock several times to get it to pull all the way down to the lock position.(same with unlocking) Ive checked for leaks non that i can find, any Ideas??

Look for a small rubber tubing near the hinge of thetunk lid... might be the leak

Even though its just the driver door that has the problem?
