Default Radiator/Coolant Flush With T fitting???

I have done this on my old Saab 9000 Turbo with good result.
There is a product from Prestone that is basically a T fitting you can tapped in the coolant/heater core reture line, so you can flush the system with a garden hose.
Have anyone here tried this T fitting with good result?
Thanks

Default Did it on my A6. Worked well. Fitting is still there for next time. Only ...

thing is that I had to disconnect hose at radiator for the other side..where the water runs out. since there isnt a radiator cap.

Default I'm opposed. One more potential failure point plus it looks like hell.

Just pop a hose off and flush through it.
