Default Radio Problem!!! Need help

Hi, finally I got my radio code..but somehow my radio is not working properly...Only ONE speaker sound/work (back rear driver side). I don't have the radio manual to look up..I check all the speaker fuses and wires..they seem to be fine...driver's speaker also make sound when I open the door (it's a EEEEEEEEEEE sound). Where can I find the balance controller for radio? how do you get to the radio system to make some changes? any idea why only one speaker play and the others are not? I also have the 10cd changer..it's not working either..no power and whatsoever...thanks

If it's a bose system, then it sounds like your amp's are shot. only thing that causes speakers to make high sound. Good luck.

Default There are actually 4 amps.........

1 per speaker. The two front speakers are individualy amped, they have amps built into the speaker enclosure. The back 2 speakers are also controled by 2 amps, but they are enclosed in a case under the back lid in the trunk. It's 1 enclosure, but houses 2 amps.

The guys that torquenut mentions are great, I had them repair my rear amps, little pricey, but sounds great and there warantied for life.

good luck.

Default Repair was a bit expensive.....

but i wanted to be sure it would work, and the repair is warrantied for life. For the rear amps it was $180 (2 amps, $90 a piece). You could proabably find a used one for under a $100. good luck.
