hi , and happy easter to all orthodox Audi fans (it was last Sunday )


i need an advice just to see if i am right .

i got no reverse lights and the mirrors are not moving when i am in reverse gear .

i changed the bulb lights but still no luck .

The problem is i just found out when i was doing my annual inspection so now i have an R on my sticker

From all i read in forums i have to change the multi function switch on my transmission ...

what do you all think ??

is there anything else an amateur can try to narrow down the problems .

Need to have the right-hand mirror switch button pushed in to activate the reverse tilt down motion.

i know that . i already played with those buttons . i do think that the movement of the mirror is related to the MFS ...

but need more details from other more experienced ...

I've had the same problem from a cracked tail light. Water gets in and the bulb sockets start to rust. I'd check there first.
