So I was driving home from class tuesday nite and a deer ran into my car while I was going 60mph. left a nice dent on my front driver side fender, broken driver side headlight and fuked up driver side door and a little hood damage.

Insurance(progressive) came out and said that they want to total it, cause the damages total $2500. they are offering me $2750 for the car.

the car is a '92 100 with about 127,000miles on it. great condition minus the deer damage.


What should I do???

Probably need to take the $s and buy a newer car w/ less mileage.

Take the money. Ask if you can get the car back for $400 before they auction the car; or bid.

Tell them you want the $2750 and the car with a clean title. Settle for around $2500 and the car with a clean title.

You can probably fix the car for less than $2500.
