So last week my mother-in-law backed into my car in the driveway...

$100 for condenser
$150 hood/grille
$50 headlight
$5 trim strip
=$305 and that leaves you $295 to get the hood, trim strip, and bumper painted the correct color. drop everything off at the paint shop and drive the car as-is until everything is painted. the only thing that would be annoying to swap in an apartment parking lot is the condenser, and it's very do-able. if you need someone to do the paintwork, ask your local used car lot who they use to do their bumpers/hoods etc. probably some guy who will set up a tent and paint in a parking lot for cheap.
the good news is that the car is still driveable, so you can do this at your leisure. maybe have your MIL pay for the paintwork or something.

don't you get what you pay for? The first time my car was ever in the body shop I had to send it back because the hood didn't match the rest of the car. The ended up blending a lot more of the car than they thought they needed.

if it were me, I'd drive the car as-is (maybe fix the headlight) until it gets warm. spend the winter collecting parts and fix it once it's easy to do outside. but you have to live with the car and the financial impact, so do what makes the most sense to you personally.
