Spark plugs

I have seen the ads of different spark plugs. In particular ive seen the Bosch Platinum plus 4 plugs. Has nyone used these or know if they make a difference? Are they better than the single point plugs???

Bosch 4 or NGK 3 prong. More cars seem to like the NGKs.

Ive used the Bosch Plat +4 in my 1993 90S 2.8 V6, seem to work fine, much cheaper than OEM ($12 ea!)
