I'm wondering if you don't have a lot of carbon built up in the combustion chambers, on the backs of the intake valves and in the intake plenum and runners. The carbon acts like a sponge so the extra fuel the injectors are supposed to be spraying during cold start is absorbed by the carbon, and the engine has a hard time starting.
I'm also wondering if you don't have dirty injectors that are either not "fogging" very nicely at idle, and/or are dripping when the engine is shut off. If they aren't fogging nicely, you get really poor cold starts and initial poor running because the fuel isn't atomizing nicely. If the injectors are dripping, they soak fuel into the carbon, and then the car is basically flooded when you go to start it......and that's why holding the throttle open and supplying extra air helps get it to light.

I know the fuel additives go in the fuel tank, but where are the other two sprayed?
I'm having the same cold start issue also... not a big deal, but I was pinning it towards the injectors..

You can look up the induction service thread for details on how to let the engine suck up the final can while it's running.
