trans fluid replacement..
I heard that replacing trans fluid on a car with high miles ruins the trans. Would it be a good move to replace the trans fluid with 160k on my Audi? I sometimes feel the trans shift hard from first to second gear. All ears guys!

Audi maintenance schedule is to replace auto fluid at 45K miles or 4-years, whichever is sooner.....
If your transmission has had regular servicing, then changing it now will not damage it. If not maintained as recommended, then you probably have bigger problems than just replacing the fluid.
