Weird electrical situation - Electrical gods->Please HELP:]

When my car idles I can hear some sort of electrical clicking-short circuit sound straight from the steering column-(left from the ignition I think)- when it happens the engine drops ~50-100 rpms in ONE second and then goes back to normal. This can happen every couple of minutes. It doesn't affect driving. It only happens when the car idles.
Whats causing my problem?
PS: Thanks in advance-Happy New Year!

Try this:
Turn the climate control completely off. Or, turn off the snow flake in "automatic" mode. If you no longer hear the clicking and feel the rpm's drop, you know it is just the a/c compressor clutch cutting in and out as the climate control cycles it.
If you still hear it, pop the hood and watch the radiator fans. You'll probably find that it's the radiator fan relay that's cycling and the rpm drop is due to the 2 radiator fan motors spooling up. If you are hearing that relay flutter, consider replacing it.
There's a bank of relay's just behind that knee bolster below the steering wheel, and another bank of relay's in the big fuse box in the fresh air well, driver's side. So listen close to those locations, and feel with your hand, and you'll find the relay that's clicking.

We in the 90 forum have seen this a bunch. The seat heater switch is at 0 but not clicked off. The SH relay is under the DS knee bolster and just cycles continuously.
