Default Mine is the standard grey "Dirko" and on the back it says it is silicone....

.....so definately not sensor safe unless you found other info that says it is.

Default Thanks. I actually have some special VW/Audi RTV silicone that my local Indy sold

me for my Jetta project. It's worked wonders on a couple Audi projects.

As noted, the key will be to use it sparingly to prevent problems with the sensors.
