What are you guys doing for HID's around here for C4 A6?

It makes a buzzing noise which doesn't instill confidence, but it isn't audible with the hood closed and seems to be working fine.

There were two issues installing the VME kit: 1) the O-rings around the bulbs were too thick to allow the bulbs to fit in the sockets (had to swap O-rings from old bulbs) and 2) Polarity of plugs was backwards.

I like the McCulloch kit in the S4 better (now almost 3 years old and totally trouble free) but it was 3x the cost.

A4 retrofit: I used lens, reflector and bulbs. Works very fine since 2004.

I'm running C5 A6 projectors, bulbs and ballasts since 05.

I hacked D2S's from C5 for my RS2's.
