If you cannot get it it should be like this:
1. leave car overnight to let some fuel go down
2. get some pan and bunch of towels.
3. open hood on the passanger side fender find cilinder 3"x4"
4. unscrew two nuts, holding the filter.
5. unscrew the bungee bolt (?spelling) and let fuel flow to the pan.
6. If you smoke a sigaret - estinguish it in the pan (not really)
7. whipe all fuel speels, replace filter (use two new washers).
8. put things back, whipe all fuel, turn on engine (it will take some time for fuel to reach the injectors - do not panic).
9. let engine work for some time, check for the fuel leaks.

The procedure I use is as follows:
1. For safety reasons, ensure engine is cold before starting (Some gas might be released in this process).
2. Remove the fuel cap to relieve the internal fuel pressure.
3. Disconnect the fuel lines to the filter. Note the flow direction indicator on the filter.
4. Remove the nut from the mounting strap and remove the strap/filter. Then remove the old filter.
5. Remove the protective caps from the new filter and install in reverse order. You should have new washers with the new filter, so use them. Ensure flow direction is correct.
6. Start engine and check for leaks.
Should take less than 30 minutes from start to finish.
