I have a 97 A6 with OEM 16" wheels Im curious if anyone knows the offset for these rims, beacause I'm lookinf to buy a set of 17X9's with a 35mm offset and I dont think these will fit in the fenders.

17x9 ET35 will have 15mm LESS clearance from the strut housing to the inside of the wheel, and the outside edge of the wheel will extend an EXTRA 35mm.
To be honest, I'm not sure you have 15mm on the inside to work with, especially if you use the minimum 235mm tires on 9" rims. I'd bet 245 wouldn't fit.
