What year? I searched for the 95 non quattro and I came up with:

078103175D Check Valve located below the intake about $27.00 from www.oem-car-parts.com and www.vwparts.com

078103363P Pressure limiting value in the valve cover about $16.00 from www.oem-car-parts.com

If you search from oem-car-parts you need to select vw.

if you have some problem like me engin clicking like lifters it is oil pressure valves you heft change each head have valves.price its about 17-23$. i buying this parts in the dealer audi and cost me 23$,you have just take valve cover ther is like bolt 13mm with middle hole.you need just tools for this bolt.it is very easy.

Thanks, since I am R&R the heads with TDL port&polished heads (comes with new valve guides and valve stem seals, and other new seals...I am supplying the cam seals along with other parts) it would probably be better to replace then. SO yeah I know I have some bad valve seal(it needed a valve job anyway) so I will just replace all the check valves and pressure relief valves since i have symptoms as described - new lifters too -. I have ordered the parts through my aunt at Laurel Audi of Tinley park (south-west side of Chicago) since she gets the parts at employee rate (50+% off). also ordered new waterpump,thermostat, headgasket set, head bolts. TDL is supplying other seals(intake manifold gasket, throttle body gasket , etc. I am getting the following done this weekend at TDL (located 20 min from me)
:Ported intake manifold
Port&polished heads
ported exhaust manifold
maintence (no extra cost since it has to be removed anyway)
high flow cats
new 02's all
I already have ported throttle body,Schrick 260cams, custom stebro SST304 catback, custom cold air intake, bilstien sport struts, eibach springs, millie 17 7.5 wheels w/michelin pilot sport 225/45/ZR17 SX, Ate orbital slotted rotors, textar pads (got rid of raybestos they squek too much and not too good),magnecor KV85 wires, custom stereo, Pasport 8500 radar above rearview mirror (hardwired), limo tints rear + 35%front, smoked rear liscense plate(only one needed in Michigan.

I will when it is done with before and after pics. Lloyd, from TDL, is going to pick my car up with his flat bed trailer type rig this week. THen it will be worked on this weekend. If i can i will try to get pics with engine apart, but if not i will post the finished product after; I would have to go to my friends house to scan the pictures though so it might be a week or two until i post them.
