Windshield wiper not working

I went to clear the snow off of my windshield the other day and my passenger side wiper in my 2012 A6 stoped working. It is able to freely move and Im not sure if its the linkage or something else.

Did you check the fuse?

No frankly im not sure how to do this, its my first audi. Would the fuse be blown if only one is broken?

‘I believe that “German Engineering” has them on separate fuses to make sure that at least one of them works when the fuse blows so that you can get home looking out one side of the windshield. Do you have the owner’s manual for your car?
