as you can see below i made the 4ks drivable but the engine runs poorly. theres oil in it though its no doubt do for a change but its more than that. the idle is unstable and if i give it a little gas itll rev and then drop below idle before settleing at about 900 rpm. it was doing the same thing before i put it away so i know its not from just sitting. any ideas? thanks!

Yups, sure sounds like a gummed up ISV (or vacuum leak)
