Default The 1978 Audi Fox GTi Completed Restoration Pics

<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/61281/dscf0121.jpg"></center><p>I thought I would post pictures of the completed Fox GTi before Hurricane Ivan blew it away. Enjoy!

All it needs now is a new transmission (which was going to be accomplished this week until the weather put a dampner on it)

Default Man, that's beautiful!

If you don't have one already, you are going to need a garage! Hope Ivan doesn't ruin your car!

Default 1.6L OHC...>>

It is exactly the same set-up as the 4000, and I mean even the heater controls are in the same place. The only difference is the radiator is smaller and is on the side of the engine instead of the front. It has a 4-speed right now, but I am converting it into a 5spd from a type 81 4K (the one with the 1.7L)
