1982 Audi 4000 2 Door
[I]Hello all!
can someone please tell me where the fuel pump relay is?
i just picked up this one owner WELL cared for 100k 1982 4000 2 door and i have a feeling it is the relay(the car sometimes starts and then dies after a little bit and then takes soem time to restart) i dont know if it is in the group by the drivers side or in the pass side glove box.....

I will get some pictures up this weekend. I think I have found the problem. I took apart the fuel pump relay and I found some corrosion on some of the contacts. I cleaned it up and she works fine. I have a new one on order that I should have by Saturday. I hope I will good to go for her first test ride this weekend!

The new relay did come today and that was 100% it. I tuned it up, changed out the relay and played around with a few other little things. I just got back from an hour plus ride…... 
!!!!!!!
I am going to clean her up in the AM and get some pictures up later in the afternoon/evening.
