Default 4cyl timing belt interval?

Going through old records of my 85 4k, trying to figure out when the timing belt was last changed. Looks like it was at 105k, back in 1999, and the car has around 140k on it now.
I guess I should plan on changing it this summer?
Is this job (timing belt and water pump) easier on the 4cyl than the 5cyl? Ive only taken the timing cover off and RR'ed the radiator, never messed with the accessory belts.
Any info from you 4cyl guys would be great.

Default

60K and it's really easy. Same as on a Rabbit & the water pump isn't part of the process.

Default agreed..............

I've done a few VW's and they are basically the same. Not that hard at all. 60K miles is safe.

Default Unless you get the special that Rod at TPC has every so often...

You get a TB, water pump, tensioner, and front main seal for ~$40.

Default Front seal was done at 107k, and the....

Tensioner was done at around 120k.
I assume I should go ahead and do the timing belt, accessory belts, water pump, thermostat and tensioner at the same time?
Just being safe, and I know the tensioner was done within the past few years.
Opinions?

Default Might as well

It's going to have to be done anyways. Since you need to change some things might as well do it all while your in there. Thats what I did.
