Have been working on a 85 Coupe GT and a particular issue right now is noises, loud thump, rattles in the front end (particularly noticeable when going over something like railroad tracks).... so far we have replaced the a arms, struts, strut cap/bearings, tie rod ends.... anyone know what the typical wears areas are on these cars? The only areas I am seeing that might be a possibility (haven't been replaced) are the bushings in the anti sway bar, bushings in the sub frame front end assembly that connects to the body and lastly... the motor mounts, trans mount. Any info or experiences appreciated!

All the things you mentioned could be suspected plus you want to make sure the strut cartridge is snugged down properly.
