the only places I know of are:
Eurasian (303 922-8396) and Audionly (303 789-3633). Eurasian has a bunch of B4 80's and 90's and some 5000's - that was a few weeks ago anyway. Audionly has just about anything you could imagine, but they're a little difficult to deal with, I thought.

does audionly have a lot of 4000cs parts?, I need to spruce up my 4000cs. what do u mean they are hard to deal with?, do they charge unresonably high for used parts? or they try to bull**** you on parts?,... when I had the 200 last year I called this partsyard near radckliff and the guy that I've talked to sounded like a jerk.

I need to install the replacement rear differential on my newly acquired audi has anyone done this?, what do I need?.

Audi Only is at Santa Fe and Oxford (west of santa fe). I've been there twice and they have hundreds of Audis, but if the manager isn't there, then no one else has any idea what you are talking about. Decent prices if you haggle.

there are a bunch of 4000's there. I just got a fuel pump and some turn signals there last week. They are in fact located on Raritan St. and, yes they don't seem to be too friendly at first. Also, they try to charge way too much ($100 for a used fuel injector for a 20V motor - ha ha! whatever... new ones aren't that much more). You gotta haggle with 'em. They've got the market cornered, and they know it.
You wouldn't happen to know where I could pick up a grey cloth driver seat for a 4000? Mine's a little on the worn side...
