Anyone want to trade a pass seat for some mouldings?

This is my first "transplant" so I don't really have any advice. I just followed the writeup on HUW's site, and took my time. It's not hard. Just not sure how to get the seat back fabric off without distroying it.
I think for when I put them back in the new seat, I'll just slide it up the front (seat back heating pad), and not worry about taking off the fabric. There is enough room to slide my hands up the seat back. The heating pads are stiched into the actual seat fabric, so there is alot of cutting of threads.
For the seat back heating pad, the stiching to the fabric is what held itno place, so for the new seat, I'm going to have to figure out some other way of securing the pad to the seat. If it's not secured somehow, it'll just fall down and bunch up on the botom of the seat (gravity).
I'm thinking of just using some duct tape along the top edge... but I'll find out more when the "operation" takes place in the next few days.
