Default Best cup holder? (no....really!)

OK, being from seattle, i am in desperate need of a good, sturdy cup holder for the 4kQ

Any experiences with aftermarket cup holders?
The MB cup holder from the S-class car is aVERY nice, but at $100 each (including marble base for you desk) they are a bit steep.

Who has other options?

Default Re:yeah but...

yeah.....that's what i've been doing....but coming i've got a Bora V5 as my daily driver and the cup holders are just way too cool to use the handbrake any more. Plus, it's seattle, we actually NEED the handbrake out here.

Default I dig the seattle need...

<edited for spelling>

I live in Ontario, but my heart is in Vancouver. I understand your need for Starbucks...and a quality cupholder to hold it in.

For Audi's, I think the passat cupholder might be the best option. Huw has a better write up on his site, so I'll just link to it:

clicky clicky

The Vanagon used adjustable, retractable cupholders. Install is just 3 or 4 screws. I STILL haven't put them in the 5kq yet, and I've only had a set of 4 for like 7 years...

Default I got one in my fly Mazda 929 from an automotive store,

Works pretty well, I had to screw into the trim to attach it, oh well, its just a Mazda. Wish I had the digital camera right now, I'd shoot you a pic.
