big ugly tie rod problem
so there i am yesterday with 2 new rear tie rods and some wrenches, workin hard under the car. the right side went so smoothly it was just about unbelievable, couldnt have taken more than 10 min. the left side however has left me without a car.. that big bolt that goes through the rod end into the frame.. it didnt wanna move. i wd-40d it up real good and put a pipe on the socket wrench and it started turning. about 1/4 inch of thread later im wondering why its still so hard to turn so i go and look at it, and the whole stupid bracket is bending out. turns out, the little metal sleeve inside the rod end bushing decided to weld itself to the bolt or something so as im unscrewing it, its bending the crap out of the bracket. more wd-40, some hammering, some screwdriver action, nothing seems to work and i cant go driving on it or that wheel will wobble like a drunken prom date. anyone have any suggestions before i gimp it down to the mechanic?

PB blaster for 24 hours. If that doesn't work you can use a torch and then an Impact.
If the bolt has not come out with all that then its not coming out. Time to cut the head off and drill it out.

This might help
If I understood correctly, you are trying to remove the ends, and can't free it from the strut.
If not, cuss me and don't read the rest.
If that is the case, can't you cut it off at the nut, and press the end out with a tie rod end puller? Autozone will let you use one for free, but be sure to get the one with adjustable arms.
Then find a new temporary nut, until you can get another self locking nut?
