Boge Turbo Gas strut inserts
Can someone give me the numbers on the boxes for the cartridges and where they go. I have all 4, but I don't know which ones go to the front and which ones go to the rear. I will need the boge numbers.

I'll take a chance and assume you're working on a 4kq here. The larger diameter inserts are for the rear struts. I got shipped rears by mistake once while doing frontend work and they wouldn't fit.

the bigger ones go in the rear [bigger shaft and assembly alltogher] i dont even think the rears will fit in the front the fronts are a little taller too i believe

4kq strut opinions
Who's got opinions for the struts available for the 4000's? I've bought an '84 4000S quattro cheap and it desperately needs some new struts. I only paid $500 for the car, so I don't really want to drop the cash for Bilsteins or Konis. The price of KYB's is attractive, but I'm not sure of their quality. SO who thinks what?
